Brenda Elder is an experienced GIS Analyst/Administrator/Cartographer providing site analysis and design and graphic presentation of planning projects for both private and public sectors. Brenda’s qualifications includes use of the full suite of ESRI desktop productions and the ESRI web environment, as well as 3-D visualization and modeling for use while developing map graphics for projects. Brenda provides data management, data conversion, data cleaning, and data integration from widely diverse sources, allowing (2-D) spatial, and statistical analysis GIS support.
